Teji Singh CPA

EVP, Chief Servicing Officer

Ms. Singh joined Land Home Financial Services in December 2013. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Singh was employed at various financial institutions, banks and the FDIC. She has an audit background, having spent seven years at KPMG Peat Marwick. With over 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Teji has worked with some of the industry's largest and most recognizable brands. She possesses a deep understanding of sales, servicing operations, credit risk and investor relations and fully recognizes that customer experience is more important than ever in today's competitive mortgage marketplace. In addition, she is Black Belt Six-sigma certified and has successfully used this methodology for the implementation of key projects within the division. Teji has an MBA from UCI where she graduated with an emphasis in Finance and Accounting with Honors.

David Ornelas

VP, Operations

Mr. Ornelas has successfully led and managed operations from customer service through loss mitigation and REO.  Most recently, he managed and implemented newer process and department consolidations for the National Mortgage Outreach (NMO) division of Bank of America.  He has held senior positions at AHMSI (fka Option One) in IT Software Development managing the Business System Analyst and Sr. Developers.  While in this role, he was responsible for the automation and optimization of proprietary software.  Prior to that, he managed operations both onshore and offshore.  During his tenure at Option One, he successfully implemented the Customer Service and Collections platform overseas.  His prior experience includes project management and human resources for Orange County Social Services.

Joe LaBruna

Client Relations Manager

Mr. LaBruna joined Land Home Financial Services as their Client Relations Manager in November 2013. With over 10 years in mortgage lending and the secondary market, Mr. LaBruna is the direct point of contact for LHFS’ clients and serves as the connection between our clients and the various departments at LHFS. Prior to Land Home Financial Services, Mr. LaBruna worked at several lending institutions and two private equity groups who targeted the Non-Performing Note (NPN) market. At prior companies, Mr. LaBruna was involved in value/credit due diligence for NPN acquisition, collateral review, NPN loss mitigation, note trading and coaching individual note buyers on NPN strategies.
